About Erika Goellner BSN, RN
Erika Goellner earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Columbia College in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing Education at Western Governors University.听
Erika brings seven years of nursing experience spanning both clinical practice and nursing education. Her clinical background includes five years in the Intensive Care Unit at Boone Health, specializing in Neuro ICU, as well as nine months at Boone General Surgery Clinic. In academia, she has two years of teaching experience. She began her educational career as a part-time clinical instructor and transitioned to a full-time听clinical instructor听position after one year.听
Passionate about student success, Erika is committed to fostering critical thinking, clinical competence, and professional growth in future nurses. She strives to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment where all students feel empowered to succeed.听
Outside of work, Erika enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She loves traveling, exploring the outdoors, reading, and crocheting.听
